Gather Required Documents

Visit a Participating Bank

Visit any branch of a participating bank and request the MGMA (Mera Ghar Mera Ashiana) application form. Some banks also offer online application portals.

Submit Your Application

Fill out the application form completely, attach all required documents, and submit at the bank counter. You will receive an acknowledgment receipt with a reference number.

Verification & Property Valuation

2–6 weeks

The bank will verify your income, employment, credit history, and personal documents. A bank-appointed valuer will assess the property you wish to purchase or build.

Loan Approval & Disbursement

1–2 weeks

Once approved, sign the loan agreement. The loan amount is disbursed to the seller or builder. Your subsidized EMI payments begin from the following month.
